Terms and Conditons 

Terms & Conditions (for an employee eligible for the scheme)

All employees must comply with the Terms & Conditions set out below.

Any contravention of these Terms & Conditions will result in removal from the joining bonus scheme and potential disciplinary action. 

 

  1. The Employee joining bonus scheme is eligible to new employees joining Willatt Care, who are new to the care sector, subject to satisfactory references and appropriately acceptable DBS checks.
  2. The Employee Joining Bonus Scheme payment is subject to new employees, joining the care sector, successfully completing and being awarded the Care Certificate, within the 12 week allotted time frame, form the point of being assigned the Care Certificate Training.
  3. Employees must have successfully completed and been awarded all training certificates in relation to any and all mandatory training (either e-learning, practical or blended learning) that has been assigned, to be eligible to be awarded the Employee Joining Bonus.
  4. Employees must have successfully completed and signed off from their 12 week probation period to be eligible to be awarded the Employee Joining Bonus.
  5. Any misuse of the Employee joining bonus Scheme by any employee may be regarded as gross misconduct and may result in disciplinary action against employees in accordance with Willatt Care’s disciplinary policy.
  6. The employee joining bonus scheme will terminate as soon as payment has been made to the joining employee, on satisfactory completion of probationary period. A successful probationary period is determined and signed off by an authorising member of Willatt Care management.
  7. Employees who leave employment with Willatt Care, for any reason, during their period of probation or before successfully completion and being signed off by an authorising member of Willatt Care’s management team, or at any time before the Employee Joining Bonus has been paid to the employee, the employee understands and agrees to waiver all rights of being awarded the Employee Joining Bonus.
  8. Willatt Care reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Employee Joining Bonus Scheme at any time and without notice.
  9. Any and all bonuses awarded to employees, will be subject to TAX and NI contributions.
  10. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the Employee leaves their employment with Willatt Care, for any reason, within 6 months employment period, the Employee shall be obligated to immediately repay to the Willatt Care any proportion of the Employee Joining Bonus paid to themselves.
  11. By accepting the Employee Joining Bonus scheme, employees will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.
