Our Services

We are a Community Care company and provide care and support services for persons living independently within their own homes. This is based on an assessment of personal needs, with a variety of services offered.

Each service user has a Care Manager allocated to ensure the right care package is delivered and answer any concerns that may arise. We only use staff who are committed to the caring profession, with good interpersonal skills, and actively help them progress further with skills development and support. Willatt Care follows quality control procedures to ensure care of the highest standard is being delivered.

We record concerns from service users or carers that arise on a day to day basis for both immediate resolution and as an input to process improvement.

Willatt Care supports individuals funded privately, by direct payments or as social care. We can work within the Self Directed Support Framework for individuals or groups funded by Personal and Individual Budgets.

This supportive network can be provided as determined by need, in a number of ways.

Willatt Care's well-established service can create an individual care package to support people to continue to live full and happy lives, in a variety of care framework as follows:
