We have Care opportunities available in Community Care for Support Workers who are reliable and interested in the caring profession with an Adult service user group. You may have worked in Domiciliary Care / Home Care before or may be looking for a new challenge?


Our Support Workers earn well over the “national minimum wage”

We have full and part-time positions with various hours – mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and overnight. We offer both Contracted Hours Contracts and Zero Hours Contracts to suit your personal needs. We pay excellent rates of pay, above national rates with further enhancements for care experience, evenings and weekends. We also pay for travel time, mileage, holidays and pension. This means that our carers earn well above the “national living wage”.


Full support and ongoing training

You will receive a comprehensive induction, shadowing and training package when you start with us.

We will value and invest in our staff, providing full support and ongoing training to a recognised work-based qualification.


A Worthwhile Profession

Providing care in the community is a valuable and worthwhile and rewarding profession. It improves the lives of our service users and allows them to remain in their own homes and be part of the community. Maybe you have cared for a family member or are attracted by a worthwhile and rewarding career working in community care, helping and supporting others. We welcome staff who have no formal experience and provide full skills training and development.


Individual

We seek individuals committed to the care sector with interpersonal skills and professional qualifications, or the desire to attain them. New staff receive a complete induction programme before they start.


Willatt Care has been delivering the highest standard of community care since being formed in 2020. We have a high rating by the Care Quality Commission and are part of Staffordshire Council’s Domiciliary Care Framework.


Stoke, Newcastle and Surrounding Areas

We are expanding in all areas and have care positions in Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme and Surrounding Areas.


Training and Development

As part of a dedicated care team you will provide tailored care to our service users. You will be guided by a care plan and be supported by a Senior Team Leader, Care Manager and Director of Care. An individual training and development plan for each Support Worker will be prepared for you by our Training Manager to ensure each Support Worker achieves their full potential, every Service User receives the highest and most uptodate care standards and who Willatt Care team dealivers the highest standard of care and support possible.
