Independent Living

Sometimes it can be daunting to find the right service or support worker for your needs, a mix of professionalism and approachability.

It is our philosophy to place the welfare of people first, treating them with respect and dignity. We offer a discrete service honouring our service users’ confidentiality.

Care needs are individual, we plan personalised care for our service users reflecting their changing needs and choices and in line with the Care Quality Commission regulations.


Services provided to help independence might be:-

  • In the Morning: Personal Care – washing, dressing, continence care, breakfast, medication, washing-up. We can also help with your pet.
  • At Lunchtime: Meal preparation and assistance with feeding, medication, toileting.
  • During the Day: Accompaniment to do shopping, Doctor appointments and social trips.
  • In the Evening: Help with evening meal, washing, medication, getting ready for bed, closing the curtains and securing the house.


Promoting Independence

Our aim is to promote independence and provide support allowing people to live full and rewarding lives.

We provide care for:

Older People, Adults with Learning or Physical Disability, People living with Dementia, Care after a Stroke, Rehabilitation following Hospital and Respite Care.


Each service user has a Care Manager allocated to ensure the right care package is delivered and answer any concerns that may arise.
