We want our Service Users to be delighted with the service they receive and check our own performance with confidential satisfaction questionnaires.
We will appoint you your own Care Manager, they will meet with you to discuss your care requirements and agree a care and support plan with you. We then select suitable Support Workers and introduce them to you. Your Care Manager will review your care with you on an on-going basis and should anything not go to your liking, tell us and we will quickly resolve it.

Our recruitment team targets individuals committed to the sector with both interpersonal skills and the achievement of, or desire to attain professional qualification. New employees receive a complete induction programme before they start work ensuring all mandatory aspects are covered together with a familiarisation with our rigorous codes of practice and ongoing training.
Our management team have a combined experience of over 20 years within the care sector and achieved the Registered Manager qualification.
