Stuart started his career as a Senior Care Co-Ordinator for a family run domicilary care agency,
quickly moving up the ranks. However Stuart has also been on the front lines as a community support worker,
which lead to working with adults with learning disabilities in independent supported living.
His career then developed into management and senior management roles. With experience in
both growth and turnaround businesses, Stuart has worked in domiciliary care, supported living, residential care
and complex care across the UK.
Stuart has a track record in recruitment and retention and sees workforce development as the key to continually
improving the care sector. He works tirelessly to deliver strategies that reduce staff turnover and increase engagement,
through a hands-on and integrated team led approach.
Stuart has led several large teams in the past, whilst always priding himself on enabling his teams to achieve and
experience their fullest potentials.
As co-founder of Willatt Care, Stuart shares in the company’s vision of offering a high-quality service to individuals, sometimes vulnerable,
within their own homes. Stuart believes that the best care for any individual is being at home - surrounded by familiar smells and sounds whilst surrounded by family and friends.
Stuart prides himself knowing that every member of the Willatt Care family, lives and conducts themselves to our moto:
‘Willatt Care was founded with the belief that care should be truly personalised, be it Live-In Care, Personal Care or Social Care – encouraging individuals to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.' - and today, that is still our mission.
